What will you focus on, present, or talk about at Learning Conference?
At the Learning Conference, I’ll be focusing on what high-impact L&D teams do differently to deliver scalable, effective training that truly sticks. I’ll share practical strategies for overcoming common challenges like slow development, endless revisions, and disengaged learners. Drawing from my hands-on instructional experience and work with organizations across industries, I’ll show how to efficiently involve subject matter experts, use AI to accelerate e-learning creation, and maintain consistent, up-to-date training across languages. Attendees will also learn how instructional design-based templates can empower teams to create engaging, varied content that scales without sacrificing quality or speed.

What are you most looking forward to during Learning Conference 2025?
I’m most looking forward to connecting with fellow learning professionals, exchanging ideas, and exploring innovative ways we can all improve digital learning at scale. It’s always inspiring to see how others tackle similar challenges, and I’m excited to contribute to those conversations. I’m especially eager to show how our FLOWSPARKS Authoring Tool can help address common L&D obstacles. From speeding up development and reducing revision cycles to enabling multilingual, engaging content creation. It’s a great opportunity to demonstrate how the right tools and strategies can make high-impact learning both scalable and sustainable.

What are the biggest challenges in your field today? What are the most important trends?
I think AI is both one of the biggest challenges and most talked-about trends in learning right now. Everyone’s experimenting with it, but at the same time, we’re all still figuring out how to use it in a meaningful way. Sure, AI can help speed up content creation: it can suggest content, rewrite texts, even build full trainings. But that also raises new questions: how do we make sure the quality stays high? Is what we create still relevant, effective, and engaging?

Your best tips or advice?
Always keep your goal and audience in mind. It sounds simple, but it makes all the difference. There’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to learning. Every tool, every format, every training choice should be driven by who you’re creating it for and what you want to achieve. Whether you’re choosing a new platform, exploring AI, or designing a learning journey: start from your learners and your objectives. That’s how you make learning truly meaningful.
